U.S. Merchant Account Rates and Fees

Our already low rates may be even lower if you are a member of one of our many association partners. To find out if your professional association qualifies for a discount, please contact us for details.

One-time set-up fee:	$49.00	Applies to Visa®, MasterCard® and electronic checks. American Express® and Discover® require separate applications, but there is no additional set-up fee.
If you have an existing merchant account with another merchant services provider, we'll waive your set-up fee! Contact us for details. Monthly Account Fees
Payment gateway fee:	$10.00	This fee for your Virtual Terminal will appear as "Gateway Billing" on your bank statement and will be debited on the first week of every month.
Statement fee:	$6.00	Provides online statements with email notification.
Processing Rates
Visa® and MasterCard® processing rate	Please call us now at 800-326-9897 between 10am and 6pm Eastern or email us at sales@practicepaysolutions.com to find the discount rate applicable to your industry type, professional or non-profit organization.
Visa® and MasterCard® per transaction fee	$0.25
Monthly minimum for processing fees	$10.00	Only applies in months where total Visa® and MasterCard® processing fees equal less than $10.

Disclosures: Some Mastercard® and Visa® transactions may process at a slightly higher rate or transaction fee as determined by Mastercard® and Visa®. These non-qualifying rates may apply to corporate or government purchase cards, debit cards, or cards from foreign banks. Initial set-up fee covers American Express, Discover, and electronic checks only when these options are chosen at the time of set-up. Authorize.net charges an additional 5 cents per transaction starting at the 250th transaction per month. For some merchant classifications, an annual account fee may be charged.
