Applies to Visa®, MasterCard® and electronic checks. American Express® and Discover® require separate applications, but there is no additional set-up fee.

Monthly Account Fees

Monthly fee $16.00

This fee for your Virtual Terminal will appear as "Monthly Fee" on your bank statement and will be debited on the first week of every month. Provides online statement with email notification.

2.15% See contract for any additional Interchange qualification surcharges.

Visa® and MasterCard® per transaction fee

Fraud Detection Suite (optional) free Monthly fee waived through July 1st ($5.00 thereafter). For security purposes, this feature is required for anyone doing e-commerce.
Electronic Check Processing Rate (optional) 0.35% - 1.9% + $0.35 per transaction; $10.00 monthly minimum Rates determined by our partner, Authorize.net, based on your merchant type, credit score and processing volume.

II. What You'll Need

Please click here for a list of required documents and have the information available in order to complete your application. The entire process should take no more than 20 minutes from start to finish.

You must be at least 18 years of age and certify that you are an authorized officer (owner, president, CEO, chairman, general manager, director, etc.) to act on behalf of your company. Please also see our Restricted Merchant List and contact us for any questions.

III. Apply today and start accepting credit cards this week!

Your completed and signed application form must be returned to us by fax or mail with a copy of your voided check and any supporting documents. Disclosures: American Express® and Discover® require separate approval. View our list of merchants requiring pre-approval to see if you qualify as a Practice Pay Solutions merchant. Final approval is based on industry type, monthly volume, average ticket, creditworthiness, and other factors. All applications are handled on a case-by-case basis.
