We work with the leading companies in the industry to bring you a complete payment processing and e-commerce solution. Although you may always contact us for support and service, you may also wish to contact our partners directly for assistance in certain areas or when our office is closed. Below is a list of our partners and the reasons you may need to contact them.
           
Virtual Terminal/Gateway

Call (877) 447-3938, 9 AM-9 PM Eastern, 7 days per week (closed Christmas and New Year’s Day)

Authorize.Net supports the Practice Pay Solutions virtual terminal/payment gateway.  You may wish to contact them if:

  • You are having difficulty processing a transaction
  • You need assistance with settings or options in the merchant interface
  • You are unable to log into your merchant interface

Professional Cart Solutions

Call (888) 255-6230 or (705) 792-5299 (Ontario, Canada), 10 AM-8 PM Eastern, Monday-Friday

You may wish to call if:

  • You are having difficulty accessing your cart
  • You are seeing an unusual number of declined orders through your cart
  • You need assistance with configuration between your cart and the merchant account
  • You have questions relating to the functionality of the shopping cart

American Express

If you accept American Express cards, you have a separate account with them. All deposits and charges relevant to these transactions are made directly by American Express. You may wish to contact them if:

  • You are not receiving funds for AmEx transactions that you have processed
  • You are changing your contact or checking account information
  • You are having difficulty processing AmEx transactions
  • You would like to process a phone authorization

Discover

Call (800) 347-2000, 8:30 AM-8 PM Eastern, Monday-Friday

If you accept Discover cards, you have a separate account with them. All deposits and charges relevant to these transactions are made directly by Discover. You may wish to contact them if:

  • You are not receiving funds for Discover transactions that you have processed
  • You are changing your contact or checking account information
  • You are having difficulty processing Discover transactions
  • You would like to process a phone authorization

Merchant Account Support

If your merchant account was opened or upgraded after Febraury 2004 and have a Visa/MasterCard merchant number that begins with 09 or 08, you may call (800) 238-7675, 24 hours per day.

If your merchant account was opened before February 2004 and have a Visa/MasterCard merchant number that begins with 1415 or 415,, you may call (800) 211-6855, 8 AM-5:30 PM Eastern, Monday-Friday.

You may wish to call after Practice Pay Solutions business hours or holidays if:

  • You are having difficulty reconciling your statement
  • You are not receiving funds for Visa/MasterCard transactions that you have processed
  • You would like to process a phone authorization (and you do NOT have a phone-only merchant account)

VeriSign

If you are a VeriSign PayFlow customer experiencing problems with your payment gateway, please contact VeriSign directly.
